Magnolia Forest RV Park is a great place to stay! It is a gated park with exceptionally clean bathrooms and showers, a cheap laundry, and a concrete pad. It is a great spot for families, as there is a small fire pit, off-leash dog park, and a fishing pond. There is also a wide open space near the pond that is nicely lit at night. The park host is eager to help with any questions and the WiFi is adequate. Unfortunately, there are no picnic tables or street lights, and there was some bull-dozer activity while we were there.

Most sites have concrete patios or wooden decks, and some overlook a pond. The park is pet-friendly, safe, clean, and affordable. Guests can enjoy the landscaped banks of private ponds, a pet park, a common room with a big screen TV, and the peace and quiet of the forest.
