This campground is a great place for seniors to meet new friends and catch up with old ones. It is well maintained and reasonably priced, with a gated entrance and small dog park. There are two recreation halls, an indoor heated pool, a billiard hall, and a quiet area with level sites and nice slabs. The hook ups are great and the staff is friendly. There are two air conditioned club houses and a separate lounging library. The new owners have lowered rates, added a new pool, and made many other improvements, including a pickleball court and an underground salt water pool. The campground is close to three cities, including a college town, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities. The previous manager was a bully that ran off many good people, but the new manager has made improvements and is a nice guy that treats people fairly. This is a great place for a short stay if you dont mind the traffic in Mission.
