Retama Village is a 55+ ownership park that offers a unique combination of RV sites, one and two bedroom RV coach homes, and single family casitas. Each lot is an RV super site with a 12x20 coach house that can be finished at various levels from storage to an efficiency apartment. The sites are wide, level concrete pads with cable TV and wired internet offered at a reasonable rate. Trash is picked up twice a week, and each site has a large tote. The park is beautifully landscaped with a great clubhouse and pool area, and there are lots of planned social activities. Owners/renters are allowed access to the nearby state park, bike and kayak rentals, and a delightful dog run.
