The rates for overnight stays are about $50 a night, and the sites are spacious and level. The only issue is the abundance of grass burrs, but this is a problem shared by many parks in the area. The resort is a 'Winter Texan' paradise and is perfect for South Texas retirement living. It offers a wide array of amenities and activities to suit every interest, including a newly resurfaced pool and spa, a roomy recreation hall, shuffleboard courts, a bocce ball and corn hole area, all newly installed equipment in the laundry, immaculate restrooms and showers, and much more. The resort is conveniently located near several golf courses and is a perfect home base for seeing all the Rio Grande Valley has to offer. Seven Oaks Resort is a fun place for friends, neighbors, and guests to gather. Whether you’re meeting up for a happy hour, potluck dinner, or an anniversary or birthday celebration, you won’t find a more welcoming community of 'Winter Texans' anywhere. Everyone is welcome!
