The park offers full hookups, municipal water, paved streets, limited WIFI, 20, 30 & 50 amp service, a heated saltwater swimming pool, concrete patio areas & walkways, privately keyed mailboxes, electronic gated entrance, and 24/7 management on-site. The park also offers water aerobics, karaoke, live entertainment, holiday meals, sewing & quilting, crafts, games & cards, and is located near several golf courses, the World Birding Center, the National Butterfly Center, South Padre Island, and the Gulf of Mexico for deep sea & bay fishing and dolphin watching.
