This RV park and cabins in Plainview, TX is conveniently located right off the freeway, making it easy to access. Despite the proximity to the road, noise is tolerable. The pull-through sites come with self-check-in after hours, making it very stress-free. Although some sites are not completely level, they still work. Along with being dog-friendly, the park contains an excellent dog park, while the roads are well surfaced for easy in-out travel. The site itself can be barren and dusty, but this is typical of the area. The park is generously spaced out, and the owners are friendly and helpful. Visitors to the park loved the fresh eggs from the area, and we recommend giving them a try if possible.

The Hitchin’ Post RV Park and Cabins is a new RV park and cabin rental facility located in Plainview, TX. The park offers full hook-ups at all of its Texas-sized RV sites, 50 and 30 amp electricity, water, sewer, and free Wi-Fi. The park also has 4 fully furnished cabins available for rent, as well as 10 tent sites. Amenities include a dog park, playground, group firepit, washer pits and horseshoe pits, on-site propane, and even a dog wash. The park is well-maintained and has immaculate restrooms and laundry facilities. Guests can enjoy fresh eggs from the chicken coop on the property. The owners are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. The park is conveniently located close to Amarillo and Lubbock, making it a perfect spot for a West Texas RV park getaway. Recent guests have praised the park's cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff.
