While the sites are small and narrow, the resort offers reliable power and wifi. The park is dog-friendly, with some sites having patches of grass. The restrooms and showers are simple but clean. Check-in is fast and friendly, and campers can drive straight to their reserved site. Additionally, Tropic Island Resort is centrally located to everything and offers the convenience of nearby restaurants, bars, and beaches. The resort has a pool, however, it may have limited availability due to maintenance. There is another pool available across the street at Island Resort, which is very nice, but unheated.
