Sea Breeze RV Park has a range of amenities including horseshoes, pet run and Wi-Fi. It has a narrow pinch point at the trash containers which could cause a bottle neck in case of fire. Electrical wires sparking led to a fire that burned a home to the ground. Visitors should be aware of the potential risks before giving them money. The staff are generally friendly, though the WiFi is weak and hot tub does not work. There is a meeting hall for park activities, a fishing pier, a pool and a camp store. The roads are gravel and sand, the sites are small and covered with gravel, utilities are antiquated and some sites have awkward sewer hook ups. The park is close to Corpus Christi, has beautiful views, good birding and a waterfront site. Rules need to be enforced, and there have been reports of theft. It is a family friendly park with frequent activities, and the owners are welcoming. The park is a little hard to get to and facilities are basic, but overall it is a good value with nice views.
