This campground is a great stopover for travelers going to and from Houston, TX. It offers full hookups and is conveniently located near the highway and a truck stop. The bathrooms have recently been redone and are very nice and the laundry and restrooms are always clean. The sites are close but level and there are pull-thru sites available, although they may not be long enough for a 45 ft. coach pulling a pickup. There is some highway noise and wifi could be better, but the owners are super nice and the rates are good. The entrance can be a bit tricky to navigate, but staff will escort you to your site and help with the hookups. There is a fishing pond that can be used, although travelers may not have enough time to take advantage of it. The campground is fairly new so there is not much shade from the small trees.

The campground offers full hook-up water, electric 50-30-20 amps and sewer, a covered pavilion with picnic tables, green areas for walking around, a fishing dock with no license required, a pet exercise pen, shower facilities, internet access, security cameras, a kids playground, laundry service, activity TV room, and self-storage units. The campground is located in a peaceful area and offers a relaxing atmosphere for its guests.
