This campground is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Located on a large ranch-style property, it offers numerous camp sites of packed earth and grass, with picnic tables and some shade trees. Electric poles and water spigots designate camp sites, and many are pull thru to accommodate larger rigs. The highlight of the campground is the large, spring fed swimming pool with a snack bar. There are a variety of sites from river bottom to ridge top, some with a bit of shade and some in the open. The roads are packed earth and can be navigated with a large motorhome towing a trailer. There is a wonderful set of walking trails accessed from near the pool, and members have a key to the front gate for 24 hour access. Good WiFi is available at the golf clubhouse and entry office, and Verizon signal is weak on the ridges and dead in the valley. There are no sewer hookups - just two dump stations, both of which would benefit from some repair work. Unfortunately, the sites are not level and there is some overgrown tree trimming that needs to be done. Therefore, this campground is best suited for those with smaller rigs.
