This campground is located in Rockport, Texas and is surrounded by 21 acres of beautiful oak trees. It is close to the beach, marina, and San Padre National Park, making it a great destination for outdoor activities. The campground has recently been renovated with newly paved roads, concrete sites, and well-groomed grass on both sides. It offers a heated pool, hot tub, laundry room, rec room, fish cleaning station, pond, fenced-in dog park, and bathhouses. The sites are level and some have patios and picnic tables with enough shade to sit under. The campground is quiet and well-maintained with trash pickup at each site. It also has cable TV, free Wi-Fi, Verizon cell signal, and satellite and TV antenna signal. The campground is also home to many seasonal campers, however the manager is not allowed to rent out the nicer sites, even though they are nearly all vacant. Despite this, the campground is still a great destination for RVers looking for a peaceful and affordable stay on the Texas Gulf Coast.
