The owner hosts an Easter egg hunt for the children and rented a trolley at Christmas to take everyone around town to see the lights. The laundry room is clean and the WIFI instruction sheet comes with a gift bag of 3 mini bottles of water, a packet of tissues and some candies. Unfortunately, the manager is very rude and there are cameras and motion detectors aimed at the back door of the neighboring property. The map of the park in the office is not to scale and there is not much shade for the summer heat.

Concho Pearl RV Estates is San Angelo's newest RV Park & Campground, located just minutes from the hub of San Angelo, Texas. The park offers full hookups for motor homes or travel trailers and welcomes seniors, military, and traveling nurses and doctors. They also offer discounts to veterans and active duty military personnel. The park is conveniently located only 4.5 miles from Shannon Medical Center, making it a great temporary home for medical professionals. Additionally, it is a great spot for employees of the oilfield and wind energy industries, as well as construction and electrical line workers. The park has an active community that attracts many energetic RV travelers.
