The sites were very close together, and the park was very noisy. This campground is located in a convenient spot close to downtown San Antonio and is a great base for sightseeing. The park is run-down, cluttered, and unkempt, with trash and junk everywhere. There are also many dogs and cats running freely in the park, and leash rules are not enforced. The sites are close together, and there is a lot of noise from the nearby freeway. The utility hook-ups are on the wrong side of some sites, and the trees have not been maintained, making it difficult to maneuver large rigs. The manager and employees are friendly and helpful, but the park is not suitable for those looking for a relaxing stay.
