RV campers found that they needed extra water and sewer hose to hookup and that the electric box and water were far behind the concrete patio. The clubhouse had a sitting area, pool, mail room, showers, bathrooms, kitchen and event space. Outside was a campfire area, hot tub, pool and shuffleboard. The wifi was spotty but the value for the dollar was good. The park was well maintained with a pool, hot tub and rec room. It was located near small community of Los Fresnos and the mail service was good. The roads were in bad condition and the electric was expensive. There were a lot of activities, a laundry, showers, library and horseshoes.

The resort offers 200 spacious 40' x 90' big-rig friendly RV sites and is located in the best location in the Rio Grande Valley.
