What others are saying about this campground
Wagon Master RV Park is a great destination for campers of all types! Located in North Texas, the park offers full hookups, a pool, kitchen, BBQ, and of course, alpacas that you can pet and feed. The interior roads and pads are chat gravel, so it is very dusty, but the cellular service by all major providers is excellent. The sites are gravel and level, pull through long enough for RV and tow vehicle, and there is plenty of room for awnings and slides with a small separating grass area. The bathrooms are clean but lack privacy, and the water faucet is mounted in a below ground level box that makes it easy to hook up. The owner is very friendly and attentive, offering places to eat and directions to stores and gas stations. The park is older, but in good condition and it looks like the owner is making ongoing improvements. The alpaca farm is a short stroll away and there is a fun homeschool-enrichment class available each week. WiFi is available for a fee and the park runs at full capacity most of the time, so make sure to book far in advance.

From The Campground

Wagon Master RV Park & Alpaca Farm is located just north of Denton, TX, in the golden triangle (Dallas, Ft. Worth, Denton). The campground offers large shaded RV sites, most of which have a shade tree, and all are at least 70 feet long and 35 feet wide. The campground is known for being the quietest place campers have ever stayed. The campground also has a gorgeous herd of alpacas that campers can hand feed daily, get involved in training, or just watch from their RV window. The campground has a large pool, perfect for family fun or just to cool off, and 21 covered sites that allow campers to keep their RV out of the elements and reduce their electricity usage during the hot summer months.
