Kathys Kampground & Storage in Sealy, TX is a clean, well-maintained campground with large, level, concrete sites. The office staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The facilities, including the bathrooms and laundry room, are sparkling clean. There is road noise, but it quickly fades into white noise at night, which might help you enjoy a good nights sleep. Each site has full hookups, a patio, and a picnic table. The campground has a playground for kids and several ponds onsite. The property is secure, and there are both large and small pet yards, which are beautifully fenced. Although this is mostly a full-time stationary camping site, all rigs are well-kept, and the sites are well spaced with clean gravel dividers. The trails surrounding the small lake provide a chance to enjoy nature, despite the proximity to a major freeway. The park is easy to access, with a perfect location right off of I-10. Overall, it is perfect for a quick stopover or a few days stay.

They offer on-site purchases of boxes and moving supplies along with drive-up access to make loading and unloading simple and easy. They also have RV camping with hook-ups, restrooms, and propane. The facility provides a quick and easy self-storage option for not only Sealy but for San Felipe, Wallis, Brookshire, and Cat Spring. Their newly constructed RV Park includes amenities such as a laundromat, common restroom with showers, convenience store, propane filling station, barbeque pits, picnic tables, and more, all surrounding a large scenic pond.
