Located in Spicewood, TX, Open Air Resorts is a relaxing place with generously sized spots for RV campers. The grounds and buildings are clean and decorated nicely. The small but great addition of a pool makes it perfect for those who enjoy resort pools. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Despite the ant infestation around our and the surrounding sites, the pull-through we were in was level, which is a plus for RV campers.

From The Campground

Open Air Resorts is a scenic RV resort overlooking Lake Travis, located just 45 minutes from downtown Austin, Texas. The resort offers a wide range of recreational opportunities including swimming, boating, fishing, rock climbing, and cliff jumping. Open Air Resorts has a few waterfront campsites that are big enough for a 65' vehicle. The Lodge Poker Club is located just 13 miles north of Spicewood on TX-1 Loop N, and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Visitors can also enjoy golfing at Pedernales Country Club, aka Willie. Open Air Resorts is a perfect getaway to experience the Texas Hill Country lifestyle without the extravagant price tag.
