The owners, a young couple, are friendly and accommodating and are meticulous in maintaining the landscape and the facilities. The modern, clean, spacious laundry room has a lounge complete with recliners, TV, videos, and games. The park is conveniently located between Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg/Texas Hill Country and is close to a beautiful lake, supermarkets, and WalMart. The only downside is the park is located directly off of a main highway, so there is some road noise.
