Rolling Plains RV Park in Sweetwater, Texas is an economy campground conveniently located off the highway with weekly and monthly all inclusive rates. The campground is situated right off a major, busy road and is easy to find with directions from the manager. The sites are dirt, not level, and not suitable for larger motorhomes, but are adequate for smaller travel trailers and fifth wheels. The hook ups are in poor condition and the sewer lines are not covered. The pool and cable are out of service, but Verizon Air card runs strong and Sprint is barely acceptable. The manager is very pleasant and helpful, and the campground is clean. Kmart and Walmart are close by for stocking up for the onward trek. Be aware that the campground is cramped and campers are right on top of each other with no room for parking.

Freedom RV Park is a great place to stay whether you're passing through for the night or staying for several months. Located in Sweetwater, TX, this RV park offers free Wi-Fi, free utilities, laundry facilities, restrooms and showers, 30/50 Amp electrical, water and wastewater hookups, charcoal grills and picnic tables (coming soon), and an indoor lounge (I-20 location only). The daily rate is $45, the weekly rate is $200, and the monthly rate is $525 for the I-20 location and $450 for the Florida Avenue location. The park also features a refreshing pool to escape the Texas heat. Happy customers have praised the awesome staff, great amenities, and friendly neighbors.
