Very friendly and helpful. The campground is clean and well maintained. The bathhouse is large and always clean. The laundry is open 24 hours and well maintained. The store has a large selection of goods and the prices are reasonable. The roads are now improved and there is no traffic noise from the nearby highways or busy roads. The waterfront sites are great and they are now planting trees for future shade. The owners are always working on improving the campground and it looks far different than it did five years ago. The campground is located 5 miles from the city of Trinity, making it easy to access grocery stores and restaurants. The park offers several options for family get togethers, including pull through sites and 50 Amp RV sites. The sites are rustic and not level, with dirt roads and no concrete. The local HOA is out of business and no one spends any money on road maintenance other than the campground. The store has expanded and the park has grown, and they are putting in a waterfront grill and bar on the lakefront. The owners are kind and accommodating, and they even lend out adapters for those who dont have 50 Amp. There is also a small beach for kids to swim in the lake. The Outback Campground and Marina is the perfect place for a family getaway, with its beautiful waterfront views, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly customer service.

From The Campground

Outback Campground and Marina is located on beautiful Lake Livingston in Trinity, Texas. We offer many waterfront and non-waterfront cabins as well as spacious, full service waterfront RV sites with 30 or 50-amp service. Our waterfront cabins range in size, sleeping from 2 to 14 people in a single facility and everything in between! All cabins are equipped with bedding and utensils however don't forget your towels and personal hygiene products!!!! Full bathrooms, full kitchens with stove, sink, refrigerator and microwave are in most cabins. Satellite television and free Wi-Fi are also included in all of our facilities. Our free WIFI covers the entire campground! We offer a variety of accommodations that can be rented by the day, week or month. Our 2-bedroom waterfront cabins are centrally heated and air-conditioned and sleep four people. They feature a full bathroom and a complete kitchen. The front porches are ideal for relaxing and watching the lovely waterfront sunrises and sunsets.
