Wild West RV Park is a great place to stop by when traveling through Van Horn, TX. It is a basic, no-frills campground that offers easy check-in and good value. The park provides full hookups, long pull-throughs and cable TV hook-up with Verizon cell service. The bathhouse has small but really nice showers. It has a friendly and helpful new owner who is working on upgrades. The staff is accommodating and will help if guests need to switch sites to be able to pull out. The location is very convenient as it is next to Loves for fuel and walking distance to several restaurants, including the Hotel El Capitan. However, the park is located near train tracks, so there might be some train noise. Overall, Wild West RV Park is a great overnight stop that is easy-on, easy-off from I-10 and worth a visit.
