Victoria RV Park is a great place to stay for those looking to explore the Texas Coast and its rich history. The park has a variety of permanent trailers around the outside and pull-thru spots for temporary camping inside. The sites are spotless and nicely sized, long enough for 38 plus car. Hookups are convenient, but weird (share post, 30 amp only, with extra sewer- long way away from rig). The manager is very friendly and accommodating, and there are lots of planned activities, including a frequently Saturday breakfast (all you can eat pancakes, eggs, etc). Unfortunately, the cost is quite high for what the park offers, and there is a train nearby which can be heard day & night. Every night freight trains pass through town and blow their horns constantly, so the AC fan may need to be run all night in an attempt to drown it out.
