The park has two dog parks and a covered playground for young kids. It is conveniently located off the freeway and less than two miles from downtown. The park is well-kept and the staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Though there isnt a pool or exercise room, the private bathroom and shower rooms are clean, above average, and lockable for private use. Although traffic noise from nearby Hwy 77 could be a potential issue for some, the parks sprawling nature successfully mitigates it. The laundry room is small but workable, and the wifi is excellent.

Northside RV Resort is located 1 mile from Interstate 35 and offers a private lake for fishing, walking paths, and a newly established restaurant row. The resort is a short 5-minute drive into historic Waxahachie where visitors can enjoy a list of wineries, boutique shops, gourmet eateries, and coffee houses. The resort offers 105 spacious concrete sites with spectacular views, stellar luxuries, and state-of-the-art technology.
