This campground is a small, quiet park located on top of a hill in Mineral Wells, Texas. While the entry road is slightly dusty and gravel, the sites are easy to access and have plenty of shade. There are both nightly and monthly sites available, and the monthly sites have more space between them. The park hostess is very friendly and helpful, and there are many attractions nearby including the Vietnam Memorial, Lake Mineral Wells State Park, and Clark Gardens. Pets and children are accepted, but the owner may not be pleased with them. Be careful when pulling in off the road, as it is a busy highway with cars speeding by.
