This campground is a small, quiet park located on top of a hill in Mineral Wells, Texas. While the entry road is slightly dusty and gravel, the sites are easy to access and have plenty of shade. There are both nightly and monthly sites available, and the monthly sites have more space between them. The park also offers a laundry room with a toilet and shower, and water pressure is low but sufficient. The park hostess is very friendly and helpful, and there are many attractions nearby including the Vietnam Memorial, Lake Mineral Wells State Park, and Clark Gardens. Pets and children are accepted, but the owner may not be pleased with them. Be careful when pulling in off the road, as it is a busy highway with cars speeding by.

Eagle's Nest RV Park has the best views of any park in the Dallas Fort Worth area! It backs up to Mineral Wells State Park. Only a few minutes to both downtown Mineral Wells and Weatherford. Lots to do around us! Museum across the street, botanical gardens down the street, and minutes from trail head, hiking, biking, lake, fishing, and more. Come for the day or come to stay! We have beautiful sites all along a winding road up the hillside with fantastic views! All large sites that can accommodate 40+ length campers.
