The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It is located close enough to the highway to be convenient, but far enough away to make it quiet. The lake provides a nice view and the fenced dog park was great for our furry friends! The campground is conveniently located next to I-35 and offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It has undergone renovations, with newly remodeled bathrooms and showers, and a new pond is being filled with water with each rain. It offers level pull-through sites with lots of shade trees, a fenced dog park, and a lake with a nice view. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are great. Its an ideal spot for a one-night stay or a longer stay in between Waco and Dallas.
