and helpful. The Boulders is a beautiful campground with lots of character. It offers 30 and 50 amp hookups, water hookups, a dump site, pet-friendly sites, and firewood for purchase. It also has cabins available for those without campers, a store, boat dock, and a vendor selling BBQ. The sites are close together but have concrete pads, full hookups, are level, and have picnic tables. There is no dog park, but there is plenty of grassy area to walk your pup. There is also a walking trail and an event center area that is well-lit at night. The campground offers a variety of rentals such as golf carts, kayaks, and pontoon boats. There are also three food trucks, a bathhouse, laundry, and a bait shop. The waterfront sites have a steep slope toward the lake, so larger rigs may have difficulty getting level. The campground is immaculate and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a fishing barge and a playground for the kids. The nearest Walmart is 20 minutes away, but there is a Brookshires much closer in Whitehouse. Cell reception is fair and there is no WiFi. The campground is short term camping only, and no sewer hookups are available. However, there are new showers and laundry facilities.

The Boulders at Lake Tyler is a 128-acre campground offering a unique experience for the entire family. The campground features clean and spacious RV lots and tent sites with lakefront views, a recently renovated fishing barge and boardwalk, a bait and tackle shop, boat launch, and slips. The campground also offers cabin and glamping rentals.
