The camp store is well-stocked with fishing gear and rental movies. There are 25 RV sites, 5 tent sites, and four waterfront cabins. Wi-Fi and rental motors and boats are available at the office. The owners live on-site, are very friendly, and go out of their way to be sure everyone has a great camping visit. The camping rate reflects Passport America discount, and seven days or more is $18. However, the sites are very crowded, and there is lots of dust due to the dirt sites. Additionally, there are millions of flies due to the close proximity of horses and their by-products. The swimming pool is indoor and seemed clean, but the dressing rooms for the swimming pool were fair. Visitors who prefer spacious sites and dislike dirt and flies may not enjoy camping at Glens Cove.

Winnie Stowell Park is a beautiful park located in Chambers County, Texas. The park offers camping facilities for up to 3 days, but visitors must be self-contained as the county does not provide water, electric, or sewer at any camping locations. The park also features annual festivals, BBQ pits, a community building, covered outdoor stage, covered pavilions, historical markers, livestock show facilities, playground equipment, practice baseball and softball fields, restrooms, a riding area, and water access.
