The park offers campsites with water only, water and electricity, or full hookups, as well as screened shelters with a lake view. Visitors can explore the park's trails, see the stars, try geocaching, or rent the group recreation hall for gatherings. Wildlife such as deer, raccoons, snakes, armadillos, opossums, wild turkeys, and bald eagles can be spotted in the park. The park also holds an annual youth fishing tournament on the first Saturday in June.
