GenieSummary

This rustic campground is located in a rural residential area east of Beaver, UT. It offers five pull-through sites for overnight stays and is a great bargain at the Passport America rate of $9.50. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and they even took us out to show us their vintage car, a 1961 Studebaker! The sites have small, rustic wooden covers over the slats that form a picnic table, and each has good cell coverage with Verizon. Unfortunately, there is no wifi or cable/over-the-air TV. The restaurant on site, Marias, serves delicious authentic Mexican food and is located on the other side of the bathroom/showers building. The trout fishing in Beaver Canyon looks great, and the drive east on Hwy 153 to Puffer Lake is pleasant and winding. Great food and a good Sam discount card are also available.
