This campground is a beautiful, quiet respite for RVers looking for a peaceful getaway. Located 9.7 miles south of Monticello, UT and 13 miles north of Blanding, the campground is situated in an open pine forest, with sites sitting above the main highway, US-191. The area is rarely full, and the only nearby noise comes from the occasional vehicle entering or leaving the area. The sites are spaced apart, with pull-thrus running parallel to the road. All sites have a stand for a grill, a fire ring, and a picnic table. Water is available at several places in the park, but you may not connect to it. There are no hookups, dump stations, or electricity, and the vault toilets and water spigots are located throughout the campground. There is also a cool little nature trail that takes you on a scenic stroll. This campground is a great base camp for exploring the nearby needles area of Canyonlands, Monument Valley, Valley of the Gods, Natural Bridges, and Mesa Verde.

From The Campground
Devils Canyon Campground is located just 13 miles south of Monticello, Utah at an elevation of 7,400 feet. Ponderosa pines, pinyon pines, and junipers cover the area offering limited shade. This campground contains 42 single-family sites with picnic tables and fire rings. Vault toilets and drinking water (seasonally) are provided. Firewood is limited. Popular attractions in the area include Canyonlands, Arches, and Mesa Verde National Parks, Dark Canyon Wilderness, and Edge of the Cedars State Park.
