This campground is a great location for a quick rest stop or a longer stay. It offers single (8 people max) or double (16 people) sites, vault toilets, and two water spigots. It is located in the Dixie National Forest and is only 20 minutes from the lake for fishing and boating. The sites are nicely separated and set back in the trees for a peaceful and private experience. The campground is close to the highway, so there is some road noise, but it is silent by nightfall. The public restroom is clean and there is a water spigot across the way. Ron, the camp host, is very helpful and cheerful. Firewood is not available for purchase at the campground, but it can be purchased at a nearby ACE hardware. This is a great campground for families and groups of friends looking to have a great time in the National Forest.
