The campground offers non-flushable toilets (vault) and a water spigot, with drinking water only available mid-late May through mid-September. No hookups are available. Activities include camping, fishing, nature viewing, and non-motorized boating. Greens Lake offers rainbow and brook trout fishing, and bird watching is a popular activity in the area.
