The park offers level gravel sites with clean restrooms and showers available for a quarter per 7 minutes. While there are no fire pits or shade, the park is well-maintained with friendly staff. The laundry facilities are modern and affordable, with $2 wash and $2 for 40 minutes of the dryer. The location is good for exploring the Dinosaur Monument and surrounding area, with Vernal only 15 miles away for any needs. However, some travelers report noise from the directly adjacent neighborhood, as well as cramped sites with little room to open an awning.

Outlaw Trail RV Park is ideally located just 7 miles from the entrance to Dinosaur National Monument in northeastern Utah. The park offers clean laundry facilities, a playground with volleyball, horse shoe pits, basketball, swings, slide, tether ball, and plenty of room to run. There is also a fire pit perfect for gathering together as a group and roasting marshmallows. The park has a large grassy area with plenty of room for tent spots. It is family and pet friendly, but all pets must be leased and cleaned up after. The park offers gravel lots with pull-thru and back-in options and full hook-ups (power, water & sewer).
