Leeds RV Park & Motel is a peaceful, clean, and well-kept park with many trees and grassy areas. While there are a few long-term residents, the sites are generally neat and quiet. There is a nice dog area and several shaded sitting areas. The park is conveniently located close to the highway and offers easy access to Hurricane and several scenic drives, making it a great base for exploring nearby attractions like Zion and Cedar Breaks. There is a laundry room with good prices, and the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Although some sites are on the small side and may not be completely level, all utilities are easy to locate and connect.
