Sun Outdoors Moab Downtown is a convenient place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of downtown Moab, UT. It is located right in town, so restaurants, shops, and services are very convenient. The park features level concrete pads and clean gravel everywhere else. There is no grass for dogs but the gravel is clean, and there are no dirty or muddy paws to deal with. The park is a bit noisy due to the high school located nearby which leads to a lot of football field-related noise. The park is not big-rig friendly, so if you have a vehicle larger than 30-35 feet, it is recommended to consider a different park. The park includes a dog park that is nicely enclosed, but it can get muddy. There is a convenience store at the front of the park serving as a camp store, which also has gas. Finally, it is easily accessible from Arches National Park, Canyon Land National Park, Dead Horse State Park, as well as some scenic drives that are amazing. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it.
