Its situated at an altitude of approximately 5,500 feet, making it cooler, especially during summers. The restrooms are cleanly and the showers work great. The laundry facility is available for use once the motel laundry is finished. Its located conveniently between Zion and Bryce National Parks and is great for sightseeing at both parks and other nearby areas. There are various shops, grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants to check out in the area. The park owners are very helpful in recommending different places to visit. While the lots are not wide and close to Highway 89, the noise from the traffic is not disturbing enough to bother us. Overall, it is a quaint setting located behind a farm with minimal interaction needed with management.
