The resort has clean and modern restrooms and showers, which are a bit small but still usable. The campground is a shaded area within walking distance of town. It has solid Wi-Fi, a decent Verizon signal, and is only 30 minutes away from Bryce Canyon. The interior roads can be tight in some places, and low hanging branches might brush the tops of larger RVs. The campground location is close to multiple parks and has a restaurant across the street that seems busy and well-reviewed. The resort hosts are friendly and the whole area is well-groomed with packed gravel. However, the RV park does cater mostly to off-roaders, meaning that quiet hours are not always respected, and visitors may be bothered by loud ATV engines running early in the morning or late at night. Management may not always be responsive to the issue, and this could be disappointing for those looking for a family-friendly, quiet vacation spot. Regardless, Dixie Forest RV Resort is a good option for those looking for a convenient, clean, and useful campground in a beautiful area with nearby parks.
