Fish Lake Campground is a great destination for those looking to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage and the stunning view of the lake and mountains. The park is well maintained, though the grass has died and natural landscape has taken over, and is clean and quiet, making it a great place to stay for a week. There are limited to no hookups, and laundry is a walk from most sites. There are free range cattle in the area, so visitors should watch for cow pies. The staff is friendly and the rates are reasonable. The only drawback is that there is no shade.
