What others are saying
Sand Creek RV Park & Campground is a great place to stay when visiting Capitol Reef National Park, UT. It is located just 11 miles away and offers basic services, good wifi, clean bathrooms, and quiet nights. Although the interior roads and site pads are dirt/gravel, they are level left/right though needed a lot of leveling for front/back. Picnic tables and fire rings are provided, and ice and firewood are available on the honor system. The bathhouse is rustic but clean, but the showers have pretty much no water pressure. The laundry facilities are also clean with 2 washers and 2 dryers. OTA TV is very good, and advertised wifi works very well, with 3 bars of Verizon 4G available with occasional roaming. The sites are close together, and the price is a bit expensive at $45 per night, but youre paying for the location so its worth it. Overall, its a nice place with friendly owners and great camping neighbors.
