This campground is located adjacent to a typical roadside motel, and is a great launch point for the San Rafael Swell and other natural sites in the region. It is a relatively inexpensive place to stay, with only 30A electric, sewer hook ups, restrooms, showers, and WiFi. The motel also has a nice, clean indoor pool (maintained at 89F) and a café that serves a great breakfast and good dinner. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the grounds could use some cleaning up. However, half the park is filled with long term homeless people, and two people left their dogs outside their run down camper all night, which barked anytime someone walked by. There is also a railroad 1,000 feet away, so ear plugs are recommended.
