The Burlington campground is a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Located right on the shore of Lake Champlain, the campground offers stunning views and access to a 17+ mile bike/walking path along the lake. The campground is also conveniently located near downtown Burlington, with the Ethan Allen mall, UPS, CVS, Hannafords grocery, and Church Street Marketplace all within a mile. The sites are tight and mostly unlevel, but the friendly staff and clean restrooms make up for that. The campground also offers full hookups, 50 amp electric service, and partial shade. Wifi is available, but there is no cable or many TV stations. The campground is also near a nice beach and bike trails, and there is a free shuttle up to Church Street Market. The biggest downside is the traffic and small streets, which make it difficult to manage a 58 truck and 5th wheel to the campground.
