Caton Place Campground in Cavendish, VT is a beautifully maintained and manicured campground with great views of Okemo Mountain. The owners are kind and helpful, and many of the seasonal campers are very friendly. Although the pool was a bit chilly, there is plenty of quiet onsite entertainment, including a live band and a brunch put on by the owners. While some of the sites could be decluttered, it is generally well-maintained. The entrance road to the campground can be a bit tight for larger RVs, and the pull-thru sites may be a bit challenging for big rigs.

From The Campground

Caton Place is a family owned and operated campground in the foothills of the Green Mountains with view of Okemo Mountain with open fields and our upper White Pine groves, with our old fashioned stone fire pits. We offer spacious seasonal sites, pull thrus, tent sites and lean-tos, full hook-ups with water, electric (20, 30, 50 amp service) and sewer and also a dump station. Our campground has a full camp store, LP gas, wood and ice. Our clean bath house features showers and a laundry facility. Head over to our newly remodeled pavilion for a cookout, potluck, a game of bingo or live entertainment.
