Groton Forest Road Campground is a clean and quiet campground located in Vermont. It is located up a mountain road, but is worth the drive. The campground offers 30 amp electric, a dump station, and an outdoor above ground pool. There are 3 pull-through sites and shade sites are all back-ins around the perimeter. The roads are gravel and the sites are grass. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is available and cell phone service is spotty. There is no rec center or small store. The campground accepts cash and check, but no credit cards. There is also a laundry facility located at the corner of the park entrance and Route 232. The dump site is located on the left side of the camp road as you exit. The campground is highly recommended and offers a Passport America rate.
