This campground is mostly permanent sites, but also welcomes seasonal campers. The staff and fellow campers are friendly and welcoming, however some of the trailers are run down and have a lot of junk around them. There is a boom box on the porch which is played until 10 p.m. and safety is a concern as there is no gate or lock to keep out people who are not allowed. The bathrooms are clean and brightly lit, but the bathhouse is a long walk or a steep hill away. The campsites are on grass with a picnic table and fire pit, and the road leading up to the campground is a good gravel road. Overall, the campground is very quiet and the sites are large.

From The Campground
Kenolie Village Campground is a family camping area located in Newfane, Vermont. The campground is owned and operated by Dowley family members. We offer seasonal and monthly rentals for RVs and trailers, as well as tent sites and one lean-to site. Both wooded and open sites are available throughout the campground. We have flush toilets, hot showers, a dumping station, and laundry room for your convenience. Our amenities include a playground, swings, slides, a ball field, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and a shady pavilion. We also have a small store with snack foods, ice cream, ice, and firewood. Wifi is offered near the office only. Some of the activities we offer are Bingo, BBQ, campfires, and music on big weekends. For our older guests, we have a shady pavilion where you can play games and meet new friends. Nearby towns regularly have church suppers and festivals, and July 4th parades in neighboring towns.
