Glen Maury Park is a city park that offers a relaxed and peaceful setting. The park has spacious and reasonably priced sites that are clean, neat, and easy in and out. Its customer service is great, and the staff is super nice. Although there is no sewer system, the dump station is easy to use. The park has high water pressure, so a regulator is necessary. Camping near the Blue Ridge and Maury River provides beautiful views and outdoor camping activities like kayaking. The park is also conveniently located near Lexington for dining and shopping and Natural Bridge for breathtaking views. The only downside is that some sites have backwards hookups.
