The park has a large pool, a playground area, well-kept putt-putt, and a basketball court. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all areas. The bathhouse is clean and cute in its decorations. The sites are compact, but there is decent space between them. The access to the back field is nice with a fishing pond and walking loop. The park is basic and fairly flat with level sites. If you want a quiet, relaxing stay, the park is perfect during the week. However, if you are looking for nature or hiking, this might not be the ideal location. The only negative aspect is the difficulty in getting satellite reception due to the trees, which may be an issue for some visitors. Overall, Harbor View RV Park is a nice park, and its proximity to the DC area makes it a convenient location for visiting friends and family.

Harbor View RV & Camping Resort is an age-qualified (55+) campground that offers RV campsites and rental accommodations. The campground requires a mandatory two-night stay on weekend reservations and three nights for holiday reservations. One-night midweek campsite reservations can be booked, and one-night campsite reservation for a weekend can only be booked on the day of arrival. The campground does not allow after-hours arrivals to enter and park in the resort. Gas golf carts are not permitted, and sites are not first come, first served. Your site will be assigned upon arrival. The campground offers full refunds for cancellations up to two days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations for RV campsites and seven days prior to your arrival date for rental accommodations. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate. No refunds will be granted for no-shows, early check-out, or holiday reservations (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) if canceled less than 14 days before the reservation. Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at the regional level. The campground does not currently offer long-term stays.
