Richmond North/Kings Dominion KOA Holiday is a well-maintained and well-appointed campground. The staff is friendly and accommodating to requests and the check-in process is easy. While there may be some minor maintenance issues including a need for dumping station repairs and regrading, the overall cleanliness of the facilities and grounds is impressive. The FHU concrete sites are outstanding, and the bathhouse facilities are warm and well-maintained. This KOA also offers a park open on weekends, which is a great perk. Overall, it is a convenient and comfortable place to stay for any overnight or seasonal RV trip.

The RV Sites can easily handle everything from pop-ups to big rigs, some under a canopy of tall pines. Deluxe Cabin patio sites and RV patio sites are available. When you take a pleasant stroll around the grounds, you will find a well-stocked camp store, playground, volleyball court, basketball court, dog wash station, dishwashing station, picnic pavilion and a large swimming pool with relaxing deck chairs. A free shuttle to Kings Dominion leads to everything from thrill rides to roller coasters to Planet Snoopy and Soak City—Available at an exclusive price for campground guests.
