Rocky Knob Campground in Floyd, VA is a quiet and easy-to-navigate campground located directly on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The campground is perfect for National Parks enthusiasts and has nice shade trees. While there are no hookups at the sites, there are common dump and fresh water areas. Bathrooms do not have showers, and there are no playgrounds for kids. Verizon coverage is spotty, but AT&T is slightly better. The volunteers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the campground is very peaceful at night.
