The park is big rig friendly with level sites, and the water, electric, and sewer connections are fine. The shower facilities are good with hot water. The clubhouse has books, a kitchen, TV, and games. There is no Wi-Fi, but several channels are available with an antenna. Pets are allowed, but there is no dog park, and the grass has stickers, so its best to be careful where you walk your pet. The area is beautiful, and road cycling around Fort Monroe is a great experience. Mosquitoes can be a bit pesty in the evenings, but a little spraying should keep them at bay. Its a great place to stay and enjoy the surroundings.
