From The Campground

Little Fort is a minimally developed recreation area located near the meadow that was once a rest stop for a stagecoach line. The campground offers 9 sites for tent camping and 11 sites for OHV camping. There is no drinking water available, but a vault toilet is provided. The campground provides easy access to the Peters Mill Run/Taskers Gap OHV trail system, the largest OHV system in the state of Virginia. Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and bicycling are also popular activities in the area.
